Overpayments and Claim Refunds
All refunds should be forwarded to our office if
the overpayment pertains to a specific or
aggregate claim payment. Often, refunds are not received until after a
Plan Sponsor's Policy year has expired. If the overpayments apply to
the incurred and paid dates of the specific and/or aggregate coverage,
please forward the refund checks to SLG Benefits for proper
disposition to the Carrier.
